Who we are

Talent, Neat ("we", "us") provides talent and recruitment consultancy services. This policy covers the personal data we collect through talentneat.com and what we do with it.

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send us. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. It's delivered by email (via our hosting provider, Cloudflare's Email Sending service) to our own inbox — we don't store it in a separate database on the site. We keep it for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and for a reasonable time after.

If you email us directly at hello@talentneat.com, the same applies — we hold what you send us for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with it.

Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are popular. It only runs if you accept it via the cookie banner; declining means it never loads. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and which pages you visit. This data is processed by Google. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, or opt out using Google's own opt-out browser add-on. We do not:

• Sell or rent your data to anyone
• Use your data for marketing emails unless you separately ask to hear from us
• Collect payment or financial information (we don't take payments through the site)
• Require you to create an account

Where your data is processed

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and the contact form is delivered through Cloudflare's Email Sending service. If you've consented to analytics, that data is processed by Google. Both are established providers with their own security and privacy practices — see Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Delete it
• Stop using it for a particular purpose

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool on the site. The date at the top will always show when it was last changed.
