Hi, we're Amy-Lou and Marie. We started Talent, Neat after years of watching businesses get tangled up in jargon, process and "strategic frameworks" that didn't actually help anyone. We knew there was a better way to support organisations. Cleaner. Neater. More human. So we set out to work with companies in a way that actually makes a difference.
